A number of dining options are available, from the legendary <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandhotel.com\/dining\/main-dining-room\">Main Dining Room<\/a>\u2014which overlooks the Straits of Mackinac and where a coat and tie for gentlemen and dress or pantsuit for ladies is required after 6:30 p.m.\u2014to the more casual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandhotel.com\/dining\/the-gate-house\">The Gate House<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandhotel.com\/dining\/the-jockey-club\">The Jockey Club<\/a> at the Grand Stand, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandhotel.com\/dining\/cawthornes-village-inn\">Cawthorne\u2019s Village Inn <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandhotel.com\/dining\/careltons-tea-store\">Carleton\u2019s Tea Store<\/a>. Most <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandhotel.com\/specials\/packages\">weekend packages<\/a> feature the Modified American Plan, which includes a full breakfast and five-course dinner daily.
