#BravoZulu to the crew of Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw (WLBB 30) for rescuing a 55-year-old snowmobile operator stranded on ice near #MackinacIsland, Michigan, on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The person was brought aboard, received medical care, and is in stable condition. The snowmobile was also recovered by the cutter as seen in the last half of the video. Search and rescue is not typical for the Mackinaw, but they answered the call after being diverted by Sector Northern #GreatLakes 🛟 #SemperParatus #AlwaysReady uscg uscglantarea
